The food good for customers.. Except desert. No choice.. Hope more improve of that. I like the staff especially front office...and staff at area kitchen... Very friendly and nice smile..

I would like to suggest. The management of PHB (Promenade Hotel Bintulu) should provide or set up a bell at reception desk.

Good security, the hotel is close to shopping centers and the staff are friendly and efficient in serving their guests.

Head chef of Hotel is so much Dedicated for his job! He personally enquired about my Vege food requirements, when he come to know that I m Vegeterian.
