The food good for customers.. Except desert. No choice.. Hope more improve of that. I like the staff especially front office...and staff at area kitchen... Very friendly and nice smile..

The hotel service were tip top.. the security very helpful.. The room were very clean.. the receptionist were sweet and nice and polite. The hotel housekeeping also very helpful..

Very nice hotel and great location. There are many shops around the hotel. Love the breakfast, plenty of food choices. Spacious room.

location is near to coffee shops and room is spacious which is what 1 need after a long drive.

I would like to suggest. The management of PHB (Promenade Hotel Bintulu) should provide or set up a bell at reception desk.
